Charlaine Harris - June Book Signing in Louisiana

Charlaine Harris is the author of the Sookie Stackhouse vampire novels that the HBO series True Blood is closely based on. Her HBO series was their biggest hit last season!

Charlaine is only scheduled to appear at seven signings this year. Her first book signing of 2009 is at the Author! Author! Book Festival on June 13, in Shreveport, Louisiana. Her books are set in North Louisiana in a ficitonal town near Shreveport. It's really cool that she will be signing books in the town her books are based in.

She will also be hosting an informal question and answer session for the public at 2:00 p.m.

The event is free with tickets printed from the website (www.authorauthorshreveport.com) or is $2 at the door.
